Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cy444 ("cy444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cy444 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and support functions available at cy444.bet. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection type used to access it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the cy444 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cy444 platform. cy444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Eligibility to Use cy444

You may only open an account and use the cy444 platform if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements. cy444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cy444 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will verify your age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, trusts, and entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on cy444.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gambling is legal in your location, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering.
• You must register using your own, accurate, and complete personal details. Registration with false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold another active cy444 account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

cy444 may accept or decline any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Where a registration is declined, any funds transferred in advance will be returned via the same payment channel used for deposit.

Account Registration and Management

The following terms govern how cy444 accounts are registered, maintained, and managed. These terms apply from the moment an account is created until it is permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on cy444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cy444 does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider.

Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on cy444:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no platform-set maximum deposit, but individual payment method limits apply — check your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account limits before initiating a large transfer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. cy444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source will be returned and the account reviewed.
• Deposits are credited to your cy444 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within ten minutes, contact cy444 support with your payment reference number.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from cy444:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. cy444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until the verification process is finalised.
• Withdrawal processing times: mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) — within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (UTC+6); bank transfers — within 1 to 24 business hours. cy444 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile money provider.

cy444 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request before it is processed. This may include requesting further identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. These checks are carried out to protect players and the integrity of the platform and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

cy444 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that bonus.

cy444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus that has been claimed if cy444 reasonably believes that the bonus has been claimed through a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts, abuse of the referral system, or use of automated software to place bets.

Gameplay and Fair Play

cy444 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the platform:

• All non-live games (slots, crash games, virtual sports) use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by player behaviour, account status, deposit history, or any other external factor.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and outcomes of live casino games are governed by those providers' own certified systems and the physical rules of the game in question (e.g., standard card distribution in Baccarat, roulette wheel physics).
• Sports betting odds on cy444 are published in advance of events and are subject to change. Bets accepted before an odds change are honoured at the original odds unless the bet is voided under the rules applicable to that market (e.g., match abandonment, player withdrawal before event start).
• cy444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or odds compilation error that resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being applied. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded at stake value.

Any game history or bet slip available within your cy444 account dashboard is provided for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between records in your account and cy444's server records, cy444's server records are authoritative.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cy444 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinated betting to exploit in-play odds movements.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to cy444. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and the amount disputed being deducted from your balance.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the cy444 platform. cy444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

cy444 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection may result from automated flagging, manual review, or reports from other players. Decisions regarding account suspension and balance forfeiture made under this section are final. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may contact support to request a review.

Responsible Gaming

cy444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools to stay in control of their gambling activity. Gambling is entertainment — it carries financial risk and should never be used as a substitute for income, a way to resolve debt, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cy444 account holders and can be activated directly from account settings without needing to contact support.

Account Suspension and Closure by cy444

cy444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by cy444 following a withdrawal request or a routine account review.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose, including following a request from law enforcement authorities.
• Detection of a player who is under 21 years of age, or whose account was registered using false identity information.

Where an account is suspended or closed by cy444 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required security review. Bonus balances are not returned in any circumstances of account closure by cy444.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cy444's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cy444 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with use of the platform.

cy444 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. cy444 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable. cy444 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability, including losses on open bets during a platform outage.

Changes to These Terms

cy444 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cy444 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting player rights — such as changes to withdrawal terms, bonus forfeiture rules, or responsible gaming tools — cy444 will also provide notice via the registered email address or mobile number on file for affected accounts.

Your continued use of the cy444 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
